All sessions are conducted within our specialised equipment studio, with a maximum of three people per session.
Session duration is 1 hour. All sessions are by appointment only.

Cancellations:
Please note that Studio 6 Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please advise your instructor as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged at standard rates.
